  In recent years, we purchased our first house. It was such an exciting time, I couldn't have imagined it to go any better, and that's all because we bought a Pratt Home!
  Everything from the sales office where we signed our first papers, right to the design boutique where we got to choose our colours and layout. It was everything I expected and more. Pratt Homes goes above and beyond every time I have spoken or dealt with them since. We absolutely love our home.
  I may have bought a Pratt Home and will always recommend them, but the best part is, seeing the Pratt Homes name all over Barrie for different charities and events, and knowing that they are going well beyond just building homes in Barrie. They are helping Barrie as a whole, just like they helped my family with the first place we get to call home!
