  Horrible experience with this restoration and construction company.
  We had a house fire on March 25 and some of our clothes and other stuff were taken out by this restoration company and it has to be cleaned. They did some work on the damage during the fire. The issue is the contents they took out from us some has sentimental values but then we have to keep chasing them how will take them to return the items and yes it was almost 3 weeks and they kept promising tomorrows. Now when they say this date we assumed that they will bring it and then sure a returned call saying next day. Well when someone says they show up of course we also cancelled our appointments to accommodate that day but it is so depressing when they wont show up.
  How long thus those items to be cleaned rather than many weeks. Once we said that we will declare those items a loss to the insurance then they change their tone. They supposed to finish the renovation on the said damage but nobody showed up and we have the cheque from the insurance waiting for over a week and suddenly they call to go ahead with the renovation. Weve been waiting and waiting for them to make the arrangement. We already suffered from the fire and the loss and then this company that doesnt know how to prioritised their customer.
  I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Its not worth having to deal with this kind of people.
  We had the pain and sufferings dealing this.
