  Warner of Thermoseal contracted a metal roof installation for $14,000 for my parents home. The work was horrible. They have had leaks ever since it was installed two years ago. They did not put strapping on the roof nor did they install the metal sheets properly, as reported by two seperate metal roofers who were appalled that any reputable company would do this poor quality of work. There is so much water damage there is a huge hole that you can see through the attic where you can see the bottom of the metal sheet. My parents whom are senior citizens on a pension that took out a loan to put on a roof that would outlive them are now faced with the expense of redoing the entire roof. Thermoseal will not answer their calls and have not fixed the issues despite two years of repeated calls. If I could give negative stars I would. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company.
