  True North's slogan of "honest, quality workmanship" couldn't be further from the truth!!! Took 10 months of hassle and interruption to have a deck completed, that has an ugly seam down the middle and missing nails on the deck boards, which they refused to fix. I also caution against paying in full prior to the completion of the full job and to an acceptable standard- even if they say their kids won't have Christmas presents without it (yes I got suckered into it). I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option.
